For the days it seems like you're ready to quit. I had many, I finally hung up a pair of jeans I wanted to get back into on my refrigerator door. It worked. Every time I went to go in there, I saw the jeans and it made me think twice about what I was taking out of there....or how much of it.

I think that I'm gonna find some thin pics of myself and hang those on the fridge.
A few weeks ago, hubby bought a margarita machine....ugh, it is my new downfall.

I'm going to have someone take a picture of me in breeches in my close contact saddle that I bought when I was 50lbs lighter! I'll post that on my fridge and that should help!

I feel pretty good so far!
I went out and ran some errands....parked far away from doors and walked thru the parking lots. At the grocery store, I carried the little shopping basket (instead of pushing the cart) to limit what I could buy, and to give myself a little work out. I didn't want to put any pop into the basket cuz that stuff is heavy....but the grapes and rice cakes fit perfectly!
The big test will be lunch- I already had plans to go out with a friend prior to this board. I hope to be able to convince her that we need to "share" a meal....or I will get a to-go box right away and put half of my lunch into it before I start. Shouldn't be hard cuz I'm feeling pretty good. Thinking grilled veggie panini...then taking the bread off and only eating the veggies....?

I put up "skinny pictures" of me and also people I would like to look like on my closet door, it helps me to start the day off right by looking at them as I am getting dressed and reminding myself of my goal so that i carry it through the day with me.

I've been doing a two steps forward, one step back kind of thing this week. It just is easier sometimes to grab a fast meal then prepare the right meal, when you are exhausted. I have to start pre-preparing meals on my day off.
