I quit riding my freshman year of college and gained not the frosh. 15, but the frosh. 40.
I'm a bored eater. If I'm in my house, reading a book, sitting on the computer, whatever, usually I'm snacking. It doesn't matter if I'm hungry or not, it's habit. I snack.
I weigh in at anywhere between 193 and 197. I would love to be 135 like I was at the start of high school. (I put on about 5lbs for every year of high school).
I ride my pogo stick of a horse six days of the week. I do his stall every day. I feed and muck stalls for another lady 7 days a week. I work out at the horse center at least 3 days a week. All of this stuff is so easy for my body to do....it's used to it.
I have two big motivators....one is slightly corny but share it I will: I want to be the beautiful woman that my one and only fell in love with. When we get married, I want to be that beautiful bride. I want to wear a bikini in Bora Bora and not feel conspicuous.
My other motivator: I'm in the Open division for the SIUC equestrian team. There's another girl on the team who I consider to be on a level playing field with as far as ability wise....but she constantly talks down to me and treats me as though I don't know which end of the horse wears a bridle. She was reserve high point rider in our region this year. Next year, I'm going to blow everyone out of the water, her included. And being healthier and in better shape is going to help me be a better rider.
I started running a few weeks ago. The BO's daughter wanted to run so I invited her with. She's like the thoroughbred and I'm the belgian running, but she's been a great sport about it. We go every Tuesday and Thursday around the 2.2 mile lake path between my classes.
Goal: 50lbs.
Thank you for listening.
