Anyone ever use one? I have a real bad back, but I want to work my abs and this looked like a good fit, but I wanted some input first. ;D

We have one it gets used nightly because it's in the livingroom in front of the tv. I'm betting your back would improve with the ab work as long as you don't overdo it in the beginning. Have you tried any pilates? I think that would be a better way to increase your core strength without hurting your back in the process.

I have an AbLounger - it's in the garage. Which is super embarrassing as my 74 year old Dad works out on his Ablounger every night in front of the TV too! My Dad fell on his tailbone while working in the dead of winter. His tailbone in now slightly curved at the bottom. He's not had any issues with using his Ablounger but you better check with your doctor to be safe.

Thanks, it just looks like a good fit that won't further damage my back. I have not tried Pilates, that's a good idea.
