Okay for those of you using the Daily Plate does it seems like they are telling you to consume too many calories? Based on my weight and my weight loss goal per week (2lbs) it just feels like it is telling me to consume way to many calories. And then I exercise and it adds all those calories on too! It just feels like I go basically eat a whole freaking pizza and still lose weight, which we know isn't true. Just wondering if anyone else had run into this or had any thoughts.
