Spicy Shrimp
Nutritional Facts With Avocado 356.3 Calories 13.53 Carbs 23.25 Fat
Without Avocado 116.1 Calories .73 Carbs 1.26 Fat
Ingredients 6 oz. (after being cooked) of boiled shrimp 1/8 cup diced avocado 2 cups pico de gallo Ketchup to taste
Boil the shrimp (I buy the precooked shrim thingytail) and then ice it until it is cold again. Add pico de gallo, avocado and ketchup together to create a sauce Mix well and stick in the fridge for at least 1 hour (tastes better if overnight)

I LOVE this recipe! It's fantastic by itself or with rice as a side dish or even with saltines. Put one shrimp and a little bit of the sauce on a saltine and voila! It is very spicy so you shouyld be prepared for that. When I heard our barn guy made this for me last night I couldn't resist throwing the other recipe to the wayside and having this instead. Absolutely fantastic!
