Today I walked the dogs for an hour and then rode my bike for an hour and 10 mins.
Did good on eating - brought out my old Weight Watchers stuff and I'm back to counting points.

Congrats on the exercising. I hate exercising and if I do "work out", it's usually only for about a half hour, 3 days a week. And that's pushing it.
My grandpa has been in the hospital the last couple weeks and I haven't exercised at all. Usually I walk on the treadmill. I have to start back with something.

Congrats, thats awesome. I am lucky enough that we have a free gym in our building at work some I am up to 4 days a week at lunch. I can only do about a half hour cardio and then some free weights and Ab work because I am limited to an hour and I have to shower before coming back to work. I try to walk to my dog each night too but i honestly probably only do like 3 days a week, I get lazy and then just bring him to the barn for his exercise, need to get better about that.

Thanks all! Just keep pushing! I got lazy about posting my updates!!! Want to use this board to keep track of my exercise to so I can "see" the difference in my weight loss when I exercise and when I don't. Thursday - rode bike 1 hour Friday - day off Saturday - lazy butt took over Sunday - rode bike 1 hour Monday - guilt kicked in and rode bike 1.5 hours Tuesday - walked dogs for 1 hour and rode bike for 1 hour Did good on eating - still sticking to the WW points.
