OK - I'm gonna share my weight with you all, my husband doesn't even know how much I weigh!!!
I weigh a depressing 230 pounds. I've gained 50 pounds since I've moved to Illinois 6 years ago. Why, my average commute for the last 5 years has been 3-4 hours a day. I did nothing but sit all day at work and then in the car or on the train. Needless to say I was too tired to cook and the fast food drive thru became my best friend.
I would like to lose 80 pounds but want to set my first goal at 50 pounds to start.
I've started to exercise daily and have gotten out all my Weight Watcher stuff. Exercise includes walking the dogs for an hour and then a core work out with one of those big balls everyday. Add in an hour bike ride 5 to 6 days a week. I've noticed my stress level is WAY down since I starting working out. I'm started to crave my exercise time to keep my stress level in check. This has also helped me remain a non-smoker - 8 months and counting!
Baby step goal - 10 pounds. My reward: pedicure

Ok at the end of week 1 I have lost 3 lbs!!!
It's a start now I just have to keep digging! ;D
