OK, I need to own up to the number or else I'm going to "forget" it. I was 146 lbs on the morning of June 10th. I would like to get to 130 lbs.
My biggest problem is snacking. I also struggle with... portion control, pop, and deserts.
2 summers ago I was down to 126 lbs but I had a super sound little horse and I rode the hair off of her long trotting down the road. My barrel horse isn't as tough as that little $1500 trail horse so I have to be a little more careful on her. There are plenty others I could ride but by the time I tack, untack and cool out my horse, I never feel like it.
Anyway, my main plan for getting to my goal is upping the riding time, cutting the pop, and eating more fibery foods (fruit, salads) so I feel more full.
