Today I ran 3 miles and my workout was thighs, calves, lower back and abs. I have sore pecs from yesterday.

Ugh, my workout was laundry, putting away the rest of the winter clothes and moving "Belle" the invalid calf 3 times and helping DD sand her wood working project for 4-H that she'll show Friday.

I parked away from store's doors and hoofed it across parking lots. Carried grocery basket instead of pushing a cart. I'll do more tomorrow....the manure wagon needs to be emptied.

My jobs are VERY physical and I burn a lot of calories there, so when I get home, I'm pretty tired and usually sore, but at least I know I am getting daily workouts in.

I unloaded hay for 2 1/2 hours today... I'm beat!
