4 small apples 4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick, trimmed of all fat Cooking Spray 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper (optional)
Core apples and cut into quarters. Then cut each quarter into 3-4 slices. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange pork chops in the dish and surrond with apple slices. Bake in a 350 F oven for 25 minutes or until done. Transfer chops to a serving plate; surround with the apples. Serving Size: 1 pork chop and 1/2 cup apples.

That sounds really good and like something I could really do. Can you use butterfly chops? That is what I like
Recipes with few ingredients are the extent of my abilities---anything to keep me out of the Totinos!

You can totally use butterfly chops. The other thing I like to use is pork tenderloin. You just slice it into 1/2" slices and its much more tender that way.
