I'm a huge pop aholic. Sugary junk food too!
I need to lose a minimum of 40lbs. To get back down to what I was in highschool, I need to lose 60lbs.
Part of my problem is I had very difficult pregnancies and labors (and very difficult recoveries too) and had to do alot of sitting around.
I'm borderline hypertensive so I KNOW I need to lose the weight.
The first thing I'm going to do is cut out the pop. Then my snack foods are going to be fruits and veggies!

Well I started a new diet on Tuesday morning. I weighed in on Tuesday morning at 204. I weighed in this morning at 198!!!!!!!! 6 pounds!!!!! I figured I'd weight myself every couple of days and see how it goes.
This diet claims I should be down 9lbs in 11 days. It's an 11 days on 3 days off diet so we'll see how it works!
