Well I had IHOP cheese blintzes for breakfast, only ate 2 of the 3 with a COKE. For lunch I had a very small piece of apple pie and a COKE. For supper I had an Arby's beef and Cheddar and a small jamoca shake. Not my typical day BUT tonight we went for a 6 mile bike ride and then I rode bareback trot-hault-trot transitions for 25 minutes ;D and this morning I cleaned 6 stalls.

Without a gall bladder, I feel better if I graze all day... Had my gall bladder taken out in August of 2006 and just realized after reading your post that my eating habits and the way I eat has changed. That is so strange.

I love grilled cheese, but how do you make an open face grilled cheese?? I'm guessing here- use one piece of bread, don't flip it over, cover while grilling. The cover will keep the heat in and the cheese will still melt. You are correct. ;D

Yesterday...I ate poorly. No breakfast, but then potato skins with bacon and cheese and that's it. Junk food is my nemesis. I usually have a V-8, but didn't. I'm not a fan of most veggies, unfortunately.

Yesterday I had... A salad with grilled chicken and avocado and light ranch dressing for lunch (no breakfast) a shrimp and pico de gallo concoction for supper with white rice for dinner. I then had some bbq potato chips (very bad) and two chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies (45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat a piece).
No POP yesterday either! Headache is there but it will pass. I had 4 glasses of water too. I didn't do any exercising.
Not too bad.
Tonight and tomorrow are going to be difficult as we're going out to dinner tonight at a place that serves french fries and fried chicken only (I think maybe I'll eat before I go and just have a couple fries) and then tomorrow we're going out for chinese for my grandma's birthday. I'll be bad tomorrow because I LOVE chinese!

Yesterday... I had a bagel (with veggie cream cheese) and coffee for breakfast, a turkey sandwich w/ chips (bad!) for lunch, and a salad for dinner with no dressing. Water and gatorade in between. I worked all day, and hacked the 3 year old I"m training for 20 minutes. Today so far... just coffee, and 1/2 a thing of McDonalds fries (my mom brought them home ). For now I'm skipping lunch because I'm not hungry, and planning on a chop salad for dinner, so we shall see!

I did better yesterday than today...and feel rotten and bloated now. Urgh.
Breakfast- Two small pieces of toast with little marg, and jelly, water to drink. No lunch. In afternoon-few bites of cantalope while I was cubing it. Glass of choc milk. Dinner- egg salad sammy. Snack tonight- serving of mini rice cakes.
Tomorrow evening will be difficult- going to a surprise 50th b-day. Hate when ya have to wait around for the guest of honor... and ya just keep snacking and drinking. Maybe I will show up late....
