Ok, feel free to post what you eat everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and snacks too. I'll leave everything up for the month, and might delete at the end of it. We'll see, but it might be nice to leave all the posts up to see if everyone is eating healthier or not...

Well, I was GOING to have a SlimFast shake....too bad I set it on top of my truck and forgot about it.....until I stopped a red light and it rolled down my windshield, bounced off the hood and flew into the street! So of course I had to go to McD's and get an egg mcmuffin and an iced coffee. In my defense, I didn't know my weight loss challenge was starting TODAY!

Started my day with 2 cups of cubed watermelon, two twists of ground sea salt (I know- don't salt watermelon) and water. Saving my cals for lunch out with a friend. Plan on making good choices there.

I had a late breakfast out with a friend, had wheat toast, 2 eggs, and sausage with iced tea. Better than a huge omelette right? lol And coffee before I went to work to turn the horses out.

I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast. For lunch, I had egg salad on toast and some Crunch & Munch.
I have horrible eating habits! I also drink regular soda (Dr. Pepper is my favorite - and not diet!). I'm actually going to just try to up my activity and cut down on portions so I don't know if my bad food choices will get much better.

No breakfast, just can't eat at 5 AM. An open faced grilled cheese for lunch and dinner is going to be some veggie soup.

Without a gall bladder, I feel better if I graze all day...and my thighs show it! So for a late afternoon snack, I had one serving of mini rice cakes, stretched over a couple of hours. I love the crunch, and they come in flavors.
I think that I'll do mixed fresh fruit for dinner...but not too terribly hungry right now.

I'm guessing here- use one piece of bread, don't flip it over, cover while grilling. The cover will keep the heat in and the cheese will still melt.

I did good the rest of the day! I snacked on strawberries and pineapple midafternoon then had a small piece baked chicken w/ steamed veggies for dinner.
